Can I run the following Windows applications in Ubuntu?

MS Office, Adobe Photoshop Elements 10, Quicken 2004, Concept Draw 7.

You propably can, using virtual machines:

But, unless you ned to use exactly this software, consider using great alternative open-source software:

- LibreOffice or OpenOffice instead of Word
- GIMP and Digikam instead of Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements
...
