Does wine make Ubuntu vulnerable or it remains secure from (windows) threats?Should I install some antivirus in wine or it doesn't matter?

wine allows you to use certain wiindows programs to execute in linux. though viruses are also some executable programs, there will always be the risk of executing a malware unknowingly by the user. still it requires the program to be marked as executable. install clamtk and scan every windows program before installing. it can help to a great extent.
