Package configuration for WINE
I recently installed Wine for Ubuntu 11.04. Added the Wine PPA and installed via the terminal:
Then update APT's package information by running: sudo apt-get update
Installed Wine by typing: sudo apt-get install wine1.2
How long does "Package configuration" take ?? Its been a couple of hours.

Ah, I see.
You have to accept the license agreement, which is for Microsoft fonts (so that Windows programs can use the same fonts they would use in a Windows system, when you are running them with Wine).
You can use the Tab key to move between different selections in the menu, and the arrow keys to move up and down, and the page up and page down keys to move up and down by a whole screen, and the spacebar to "click" whatever is selected.
That should enable you to read the license agreement and accept it (or indicate that you don't accept it, should you choose not to...in which case, you will probably not be able to install Wine as it is provided in Ubuntu).
