Hi there is a simple guide:
http://www.webupd8.org/2011/01/how-to-install-photoshop-cs4-in-ubuntu.html

BUT, why you don't use GIMP? It's a free program, similar to photoshop.

im not familiar with GIMP. I've been using PS ever since and has an urgent job, I've got no time learning GIMP for now, but I'm not closing my doors for GIMP. :)

I hope you're link does work, thanks :)

Thank you.
KEEP ATTENTION: At the second step, you must install playonlinux, but you can find it in the repo, so just open Ubuntu software center and search for playonlinux, then install it.
Please if solved mark question as solved.

After you have installed playonlinux, open it, click "Install" and search for Photoshop CS4, select it and click "Apply". You'll be asked to install some additional libraries and the old Internet Explorer 6, install it.

Once this is over, a new window will pop-up in which you'll have to browse for the Photoshop setup.exe. Once selected, click "Forward" and the Photoshop setup window should be displayed.

Can you help with this problem?
