how to install my chess software (rybka 3)?

the instructions are to 2click a file called: setup.exe i do that- nothing happens.
what should i do?

You will need to install Wine to use windows binaries. You will also need to mark the file as executable. The Rybka site says it runs well in Wine so things are looking good :)
