the window of wine is large than ubuntu's windows, how can solve this?and wine runs like has not got graphical driver in wine

Wine is an abstraction layer for the app you run to translate directx calls to native linux calls. What app are you trying to run exactly?

Can you also give the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; apt-cache policy wine

Thanks

I want to run fruity loops 10 normally with directx. I installed fl studio and it delays music begins,i want wine run as xp's originally

I suggest you delete the jaunty ppa as it will confuse things and may cause issues. You can do this in software centre.

http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&sTitle=Browse%20Applications&sOrderBy=appName&bAscending=true

Will show you if your apps work. If you like frootyloops you may want to look at lmms. It's very similar, free and opensource.

Can you help with this problem?
