cannot reload Kindle for PC

Tried to down load books on Kindle for PC. This has been working fine until yesterday. The only thing I have done is to down load Ubuntu 10.10 updates with the manager. I don't remember any thing concerning Wine. I have tried to re-load Kindle for PC using the following steps.

Have you tried running winecfg to make sure your wine drives are still there and correct (and that they still exist in .wine)??

is this what should be there?

Some when Wine got changed from version 1.3 back to 1.2. Reloaded the latest version and now receive error NSIS
