FullTilt is a Windows program. You *might* be able to run it in Ubuntu with Wine (http://winehq.org). To install Wine on ubuntu, install the package called "wine". (One way to do this is in Applications > Ubuntu Software Center.) After Wine is installed, download the FullTilt Poker installer and run it to install FullTilt.

Please note that not all Windows programs can be run on Ubuntu with Wine. A web search suggests that FullTilt *can* be run with Wine, but your mileage may vary.
