Hi,

you have other torrent clients in ubuntu software center which will do the same work and which are optimized for use in ubuntu

however if you want to install that application you'll need to:

1) uncompress the tar.gz file:

tar xvf file.tar.gz

2) Read the README.txt file or INSTALL.txt file and follow the install instructions that they provide

You will need to install a linux client, of which there are several, but you cannot run a windows client such as utorrent.

Can you help with this problem?
