There is no single best so no it's not, nor is Windows and nor is Mac.

If you use:

wine /path/to/filename.exe

It should fly. You can also use playonlinux which may help

you can install wine by going into System>Administration>Synaptic Package Manager

type wine in the search box and select it, then click the big green arrow to install.
winetricks might be there as well (i don't use wine tricks)

when installed, click configure wine and press enter to accept the default, unless your games run only on a specific version of windoze, then you'll have to set up wine.

right click on your game then click open with wine.

I just researched that and found that there may be many bugs when playing so how do I uninstall ubuntu completely, because I love gaming?

Ok sweet so all I have to do is put in the windows 7 disc and windows will start running and I can install it; I wont have to start windows through wine?

Yes. You will see the partitions but just delete them (this will destroy the data) and partition as you wish for Windows. Your only OS will then be Windows

as actionparsnip would say, we only support ubuntu here. if you need help with windoze, you should try a windoze forum.

anyhoo. you don't need to format to ntfs. the installation does it automatically.
