I want to open .dll file with ubuntu 10.10

In order to use ebay support chat, I need to run a program that is opened as a .dll file. I dont know how to do it.

you cannot "open" dll files. they are windoze system files.

you should be able to use any chat program that's available on ubuntu to chat with tech support.
