Personal File Sharing

Hi,
Please can anyone help this noob with the personal file sharing - i basically want to share files files over the network in our office, between the machines running on windows as well as ubuntu 10.04LTS.
I downloaded and installed file sharing however in the Personal file sharing properties/share files over the Network is greyed out.
Appreciate any help and thanks in advance.

use samba:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SettingUpSamba

sudo apt-get install samba

You can now right click folders in nautilus and share them.

that sure did it, thanks a mil mate, got me files sharing with the others now.
