What's the game? It's VERY relevant. Some games will run GREAT. Some games will run but crash. Some will even flat refuse to install but you left out the most important piece of information.

I installed wine, where to find it?
I do not see it in the panel system.

I looked in preference and all.

I do not see wine.

I looked in KpackageKit and it says
this is installed:
Library used infects for the KDE 4
window manager

Doesn't really run. If its Win95 based it MAY run via DOSBOX.

sudo apt-get install dosbox

Then run the installation exe with dosbox, might just be stupid enough to work.

LawnBoy, if the answer you got on https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wine/+question/114736 is not enough, and you still have problems using Wine, try looking at the guide at http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/wine .

Also, please refrain from posting duplicate questions (referring to the other question), it is considered spamming and may get you blocked in the long run.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask LawnBoy for more information if necessary.
