have problem opening tv4africa player after downloading

iam having problem watching my african tv shows with ubuntu operating system .I can not open the tv4africa player after downloading
is completed. I had no problem with windows xp before please help

The http://tv4africa.com/ plugin is a win executable file so please try to install the package called wine using the menu Applications→Ubuntu Software Center and then right click on the downloaded exe file and try to open with wine.

BTW strongly not suggested to use win32 exe on Linux
