Wine (offline install)

Hello....

My o.s is Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid) Due to the bug in lucid, unfortunately I lost my internet connection.
[(FATAL: Module usbcore not found) https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/573501]

Don't think about it....

So I need to install wine offline.
Is there any way to install "Wine" without internet connection (offline)?
Can I get some tar.gz or deb package to install "Wine" Without internet connection? (offline) ?

I think it is very helpful people who use UBUNTU without internet connection....

But there is not 10.04 (lucid) in that list. I think in future it may be.... So I will wait for it.
I think that link lot of help people who using ubuntu without internet connection.
