How do I install wine 1.2 on Karmic. or even upgrade to this new version of wine from a previous version

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppa; sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install wine1.2

You will need to remove the older version of wine first.
