Folder in Applications NO installed from the official channels

Folder in Applications named WINE=> PROGRAMS FOLDER => BONJUR FOLDER (inside about Bonjur+Bonjur Printer Wizard) and another FOLDER named QUICK TIME (inside: about quick time; picture viewer; quick time player; uninstall quicktime)
NO installed from the official channels, I can't delete all this any more, and, if I run uninstall doesn't work like all the rest inside folder's wine.

In wine find program files and uninstall it from there.Other option is to go to the .wine folder ( it is hidden folder in your home directory) with ctrl+h and you will see it.Find that software inside and delete them.
