wget Forbidden:403 error

i tried this commmand ...M facing this error can any1 solve this

$ wget www.rzs.rs.ba/Fontovi/Tahoma.TTF

Try it now, for me works:
enry@enry-ubuntu:~$ cd Scrivania/
