Having trouble learning basic functionality of Ubuntu Web Browser

I have figured out how to see the address bar by double-clicking in the lower part of the window. But is there a settings screen somewhere? i.e. how do I delete history, control cookies, set a new home page, etc.? I cannot find anything like this. I'm running this on a desktop, btw.

Tried CTRL + SHIFT + DEL like in all other browsers?

Not sure what that is supposed to do. Are there no menus or settings in this browser?
