Where could I find the manual for this app?

I haven't been able to work out how to use it, and I really want to.

Install it using software centre or apt-get and then run it. It is a web browser so its actual use is no different to that of Chrome and other web browsers.

Where are you having issues?

Firstly it was seeing and using the address bar, back/forward, etc, then I discovered that clicking within about 5mm of the bottom of the window shows them.

I was happy with that, until I discovered that Ctrl-V doesn't work.

I suggest you report a bug. I've not seen the application myself but it may be quite young. I suggest you report a bug
