wbar 2.3.4-5 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

wbar (2.3.4-5) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Drop clang-FTBFS.patch.
    Reopen #741741 again, because the clang-FTBFS.patch was incomplete and
    caused a regression when using wbar-config.
    Thanks to Frank McCormick for the report. (Closes: #809296)
