* New upstream release.
* sync_headers.sh: Updated to take sdk version as an argument, and use
git checkout instead of force reset.
* fix-ftbfs.diff: Dropped, upstream.
* Drop prebuilt libdummy binaries from the source.
* control: Add python dep to libvulkan-dev.
