Upgrading vulkan to 1.3.277

FFMpeg suggests that 1.3.277 is the latest stable release. Can the vulkan in noble repos be upgraded to 1.3.277. This would help our ffmpeg-sdk to be API and ABI compatible with the mesa-2404.

I suggest you report a bug. If the bug and security fixes are significant then the package will be updated sooner rather than later.
