Reading through usr/share/doc/vmware-view-client/VMware-view-client-EULA-en.txt and usr/share/doc/vmware-view-client/open_source_licenses.txt in the archive vmware-view-client_1.6.0.orig.tar.gz, I'm having difficulty determining the licensing terms.

1) Is this licensed to Ubuntu/Canonical, as a partner, for distribution under separate terms? Would I be able to work with another distribution to repackage and redistribute this?
2) What are the effective licensing terms for an end-user? Proprietary under VMware-view-client-EULA-en.txt?
