VLC Sound Fades In And Out
I Have Ubuntu 9.04, And i have tried to use the totem and I couldn't get the codacs, so i tried to use Mplayer, and the sound didn't line up with the video (hears sound then seen person say the words) so i then i tried xine, it froze at 49%, then i tried gxine, it just said "gxine Mozilla plug-in" with a black back ground, then i tried to use gecko-media player, and it did the same as xine, so as now i am trying VLC player, i see the video, it dosent skip or anything, but the sound starts out perfect, then it disappears, then it come back and keeps on going like that for the whole video. other words, need help really bad.

i for got to add i am useing firefox, i am trying to play

in firefox, and i was wondering if vlc had a interface as a plugin, (pause play sound etc.)

I got it working, I re installed MPlayer and changes the settings on the plug-in to,
Video Output: (nothing)
Audio Output: (nothing)
Minimum Cache Size:1218
Present Of media To Cache:20
Check All The Check Marks EXCEPT "play media Directly from site(no caching)" and "Connect to RTSP Media Over TCP"
