I think I have a bug

"I think I have a bug .. the computer became to slow and sometime get frozen.. also I can not play videos on youtube.. what can I do? advise?" for Ubuntu , on windows I used to go back on time and reset everything How can I do it here in ubuntu? or how can I erase everything and load it again ? to get rid of the bug? if theres someone?

Does it only go slow under web browsing?
What speed CPU / RAM amount do you have?
What browser do you use?
What desktop do you use (The default Ubuntu one is Gnome)?
Do other flash items run ok?
What is the output of:
uname -a; lsb_release -a

Guys Thank you all I already fix the computer.. I delet all ubuntu and I load it again... that fix it all happy new year to all of you.. danny
