VLC Skin appears in a new look. It looks like Santa Claus . I haven't seen or changed it into that Skin

It does that automatically when it is the festive period. It will revert back when the date gets a little later (i am not sure what the magic date is)

'vlc --reset-config --reset-plugins-cache' ............using Run solved my problem
