UBUNTU STILL NOT KEEPING CORRECT SYSTEM TIME AND DATE IN VIRTUAL BOX WILL NOT MANUALLY RESET

Asked by Snooper on 2019-09-10

UBUNTU STILL NOT KEEPING CORRECT SYSTEM TIME AND DATE: Will NOT allow manual reset to CORRECT Date and TIME - In System Settings - ESPECIALLY and Specifically THE SECONDS. In Behaviour it REVERTS TO THE INCORRECT AND DOES NOT REGISTER THE ATTEMPTED CORRECTION OF ITS ERRONOUS TIMING.
WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED?

Please don't post in all caps. It's harder to read and looks LIKE YOU ARE SHOUTING

It will be fixed when you take appropriate actions.............

What is the output of:

sudo timedatectl; lsb_release -a; uname -a

Thanks
