UBUNTU STILL NOT KEEPING CORRECT SYSTEM TIME AND DATE IN VIRTUAL BOX WILL NOT MANUALLY RESET

Asked by Snooper

UBUNTU STILL NOT KEEPING CORRECT SYSTEM TIME AND DATE: Will NOT allow manual reset to CORRECT Date and TIME - In System Settings - ESPECIALLY and Specifically THE SECONDS. In Behaviour it REVERTS TO THE INCORRECT AND DOES NOT REGISTER THE ATTEMPTED CORRECTION OF ITS ERRONOUS TIMING.
WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED?
