desktop not working after upgrade

Hi
I have ubuntu server 16.10 with lubuntu-desktop in virtualbox, but when I upgrade to 17.04 (ubuntu and lubuntu-desktop), the lubuntu-desktop not working, I try remove virtualbox-dkms because I think the problem is the module, but I can't remove it, the message say the files in /var/cache/apt/archives/partials/ and /var/lib/lists/partials/ are only ready and are blocked, I try use the command chmod but it not working (?), how I can recover the desktop?, the source of files when I upgrade take from files of Ecuador (http://ec.archive.ubuntu.....)
