getting virtual box vista to connect to internet

I just downloaded and installed virtual box at which time I put in windows xp and then updated it to vista premium, I did this because I have many games on bigfish and also wild tangent I like to play, but I cannot seem to figure out how to get it to recognize my Dlink router for wireless internet. Can you help me?

Set the networking in the virtualbox settings to bridged. If your games are 3D then they will perform very badly, if at all.
