Ignoring file 'apt-build' in directory '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/' as it has no filename extension
root@alycia-desktop:/home/alycia# sudo apt-get install linux-headers-2.6.38-15-generic-pae

linux-headers-2.6.38-15-generic-pae is already the newest version.
The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:
  libkldap4 kdepim-runtime libmicroblog4 libboost-program-options1.42.0
  mysql-client-core-5.1 libqt4-qt3support mysql-server-core-5.1
  libmailtransport4 libakonadi-kde4 libkabc4 libkresources4 libkpimutils4
  libkprintutils4 libkcal4 libknewstuff2-4 libkimap4 libkmime4
  libakonadi-kabc4 akonadi-server update-manager-kde
  libakonadiprotocolinternals1 libakonadi-kcal4 libakonadi-kmime4
  kdepimlibs-kio-plugins python-kde4
Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove them.

N: Ignoring file 'apt-build' in directory '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/' as it has no filename extension
root@alycia-desktop:/home/alycia# sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup
sudo: /etc/init.d/vboxdrv: command not found

and ran the sudo apt-get autoremove and it took out the stuff fit was to
and then ran sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup and got the following
root@alycia-desktop:/home/alycia# sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup
sudo: /etc/init.d/vboxdrv: command not found
What is going wrong
I removed all of virtual box via Synaptic package manager and shut down and re installing Virtual box via the same package manager
Sounds like Apt-build has a problem some where as it has ignored it 3 times now
