How to install virtualbox

I want to have/trying to build a Ubuntu Virtual Machine(windows xp inside Ubuntu 9.04), but i jujst want if you could direct me it's specific Vietualbox software location where i can be able to download it and have it installed on my computer. Thanks very much and

Open a Terminal from the menu Applications → Accessories → Terminal and type:

sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude install virtualbox-ose
sudo aptitude install virtualbox-ose-guest-utils

give your user password when requested, you don't see nothing when you
type it, then press enter.
