I need the proper command line in Terminal to run; vboxlinuxadditions-amd64.run, i'll already be in /media/cdrom/ I do not know the proper format.

I'm running ubuntu 8.04 on vbox within Vista......
the desktop of ubuntu is not stretched thru out the screen instead it is very small....
vbox on start up issuing a message that the guest os is using 16 bit color scheme & asking to change it to 32 bit color scheme....
