VGA controller not installed

I have ubuntu 8.04. i installed virtual box on it and installed windows xp.the xp os doesnt recognize my monitor. the vga controller is not installed. even i have correct version of driver for VGA controller xp doesnt recognize it. hence i cant get the desiered resolution. can any one suggest a solution for this? how can i obtain 1200*800 resolution as i only hace 1024*768 resolution only? my monitor is also not listed in display adaptors?

Please install the Guest Additions package

Start WinXp in Virtualbox and then go the menu ( Device-> Guest Additions )

yes that worked. very very thanks. i have been searching drivers to correct this problem for more than a week.
display is corrected.but camera bluetooth are not installed. whether these can be used in guest additions?
if yes how to install it? even if i install correct driver it says no hardware.. hope you know answer for this too...
