virtualbox error

everyone one i try to open i get this

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Vista.
The device helper structure version has changed.
If you have upgraded VirtualBox recently, please make sure you have terminated all VMs and upgraded any extension packs. If this error persists, try re-installing VirtualBox. (VERR_PDM_DEVHLPR3_VERSION_MISMATCH)

Does the virtualbox app actualy load, or is that what shows the error?
have you posted on the VirtualBox forum too? It's more specific to your issue.

no not yet i wil do and its when i try an boot any of the OS it comes up with the error

Try and make a new VBox but use the same disk image of the old drives. May help

You could uninstall Virtual Box firstly.
And then going to Virtual Box Web site to download both current Virtual Box and extension pack.
As said Andrew, you can try Virtual Box forum.
