unable to share files/folders from host to guest using virtual box

I have installed virtual box and running a Win 7 Guest in it. My host OS is ubuntu 11.10. I want to share my host files/folders to Windows VM. tried to configure through settings of Virtual box but yet not able to see them in My windows VM.
