Thanks for your question.

You can download and install the package automatically with

sudo apt-get install libqt3-mt

Alternatively you can use a package manager. More information about this you can find at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SoftwareManagement. Package manager are described here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/InstallingSoftware. Apt-get is described here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AptGetHowto?action=show&redirect=AptGetHowTo

I hope this helps

You can also just type sudo apt-get install virtualbox
apt-get will automatically download the needed dependancies and install them for you

Tried sudo apt-get install libqt3-mt but got an error so installed thru add/remove and that seemed to create a 150 meg update! So I downloaded that too and it got me to the next bug: Verr_VM_Driver_Not_installed. I fixed that last time by following instructions to disable firewall but forgot how. Doe anyone know how to do this?

OK I still need to disable the firewall

Are you sure disabling the firewall is going to fix that? That looks like its missing a certain driver...
What happens why you do sudo apt-get install virtual box? or sudo apt-get reinstall virtualbox?
