i seem to have blocked a program called virtualbox. how do i unlock it.

i am trying to start up the virtual box program but it seems to have become locked. How do i unlock it.

Please tell the error messages you get... and also please try to reboot your pc and retry...

Do you use OSE or full version ?
Did you recently update the kernel ? In this case, you must update kernel. You need to install dkms, and to update kernel.
     sudo apt-get install dkms
     /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup
