You can run a virtualbox with the other OS (legal of course so Mac OS is a big no no here). You can then use compiz and have XP on one side of the cube.
You won't game too much in vbox but it will work.

I am already using virtual box but is it possible for me to do like that of youtube videos fast osx switching?
Iam using 1 GB ram and 1.6ghz processor amd.

You may want more ram if you plan to do this, your system will struggle to run 2 OSes simultaneously. You can run the virtualbox in fullscreen then hold ATL+CTRL and rotate to cube (or use CTRL+ALT+ Left / Right cursor)

No it is not possible to switch operative system without reboot the pc the working solution is virtualbox or other virtualization software.

The virtualbox is how the guy/gal in the video achieved the system they have. The hardware is virtualised too so if you want 3D gaming then you will NEED to reboot to a TRUE install of Windows rather than a virtualized system.
