virtualbox error 10.04LTS

Hi all,
am really struggling with the virtualbox OSE folks. Could somebody out there please assist this nOOb? Installed VB and everyting went on smooth, in fact in can use the VB with no hassles. Problem is - now i cant access/share some of my files. I have familiarized meself with Virtual Media Manager and have managed to share some files but i am getting this :

Failed to open the hard disk /media/My Documents/Appz/Adobe CS3 Master Collection Corporate.iso.
Could not get the storage format of the medium '/media/My Documents/Appz/Adobe CS3 Master Collection Corporate.iso' (VERR_NOT_SUPPORTED).

So i figure - as per normal, being a nOOb, learn from the experts : that be you folks, so please, please somebody please help.

.ISO are CD-Rom images, not disk images: you are probably using the wrong function to load the .iso in your VM.
Check che CD-ROM icon on the bottom of your VM's window.

Man o man, my apologies fer my stupidity, yup that worked like a charm. Thanks a million for the assistance and the patience taken to teach me mate. Am really so pleased that there are folks like you who are on hand to assist nOOBs like me. Again my deepest appreciation.
