problem when installing xp in virtual box on ubuntu host

I installed xp in virtualbox on ubuntu 8.04 host.VGA controller , bluetooth, web camera are not installed correctly. when i try to install it says there is no hardware, how to install all these?

Using Ubuntu 8.10, also, I'm getting the message '
Could not load the Host USB Proxy Service (VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND). The service might be not installed on the host computer'.

The 'fix' didn't work this time (I had my printer working fine under XP in 8.04)
