Probably not, the version numbers of virtualbox-guest-additions-iso and the version of the virtualbox package should be identical.

What exactly do you want to achieve?

Which operating system (and version number) is your host system?
Which operating system (and version number) is your guest system?

The guest additions for your version of Virtualbox will be pulled down when you click the menu item to install the guest additions. You don't need to manually download it
