How can I use USB Redirection in virt-manager 0.9.5 running Windows 7 as guest on Ubuntu 14.04 as host?

I added a USB Redirection virtual hardware in my VM. I set the Type to Spice channel. I set the Controller USB to Model USB 2. I have Spice display server and I it's working properly. I don't get any error messages. I don't see the connected USB devices in the guest VM. What else should I do?

I suggest you post on the Virtualbox form too. It is closer to your issue.
