I have issues with copy and pasting on KVM too. In fact, it freezes the IDEs (vs code/intellij) when i tried to copy and paste. Sometimes it cause vs code to crash too.

After searching around, I found another person who has the exact same issues albeit on Red Hat:

I tried disabling copy paste on spice-vdagent via virt as suggested in the link, and I no longer have any freezing issues.

Seems like there's a bug with spice-vdagent. Do let me know if i should create a separate issue for this.
