viridian seems not to be maintained any more, see http://viridian.daveeddy.com/#latest_release

The latest (vivid) package depends on other packages that do not exist on xenial any more, so the answer most probably is NO.

Seems Rhythmbox can manage it with a plugin
http://www.mrericsir.com/blog/technology/how-to-setup-rhythmbox-2-95-as-an-amapache-client/

The link is old and it may have the plugin by default in Ubuntu.

Can you help with this problem?
