Na upgraden van Ubuntu werkt openoffice 2.3 niet

Ik heb sinds enkele dagen de nieuwe upgrade van Ubuntu 7.10 geinstalleerd, waarin tevens openoffice 2.3 is geintegreerd.
Maar open office 2.3 wil niet werken. Ik kan alleen de tekstverwerker openen, maar zodra ik bv een image invoeg loopt het vast. Ditzelfde geldt voor de spreadsheet. Andere onderdelen van open office kan ik niet meer openen.
Weet iemand raad?
Alle andere applicaties werken wel.

After upgrading Ubuntu with Ubuntu 7.10 the newist version the integrated open office version 2.3 is not working. I can only open the text application, but after eg putting an image in the file the program hangs. What to do? All the other applications of open office don't work
I have no problem with my other applications, only with open office.

I solved the problem as follows:
I removed Open Office complete from my harddrive and downloaded Open Office from the Open office website.
Than installed the application again and it worked.
