Enable Remote Desktop for all user profiles

Hi

I would like to enable remote desktop support on ubuntu for all user profiles.
Currently when enabled, i can remote desktop via VNC ok. When machine is at the login page, or logged on as another user, i get connection refused on the VNC client.

Just use the lightdm.conf file if you use Oneiric
