VNC/Vino Licensing?

Asked by Mike Z

I am using Ubuntu 10.04 Desktop in my company and I use the VNC server for GNOME 2.28.2-0ubuntu2 to control this computer. I need to know if this is freeware or is there additional licensing for this software. I want to make sure I am legal to use this for commercial use. I can't seem to find any info on licensing. I know when using regular VNC we purchase enterprise edition licensing. Anyone know about this version?

Thanks,
Mike
