VNC ubuntu so it works like windows...

Is there a simple way of getting VNC to load when Ubuntu loads.
(Pretty much to have VNC work how it does with windows.)

I want to be able to install ubuntu, install VNC, once VNC its working. Disconnect my monitor. Use VNC be able to login with any user and out again.
Pretty much see everything the same as if I had a monitor plugged in.
To be able to VNC into my machine with out having to SSH into it.

7.10 at the moment
I have tried 8.04 dont like it much.

I don't really care which version i run just as long as VNC works the same / similar to how it does in windows

Asking you to which version you are using is related to different release or software available...

In Ubuntu 8.04 i think you must not install nothing there is already and is installed and ready to use "vino"

You simply must configure it to accept client access...

In Ubuntu 8.10 i can do from menu System->Preferences->Remote Desktop

From Ubuntu i usually don't use vnc as client i use vinagre i can have multiple pc opened at the same time with a signle click it support bookmark
