Saucy is EOL and no longer supported in any way. I suggest you upgrade online to Trusty or wipe Saucy off and do a clean install of Trusty from CD. Trusty is LTS and supported til April 2019.

To reset your password you will need to attend the server physically or use another remote technology like SSH to modify configuration and password
